The IPO shares will be issued at <strong>RM0.14<\/strong> per share, raising gross proceeds of <strong>RM13.86 million<\/strong> for the Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proceeds from the IPO will be utilised as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>RM6.89 million<\/strong> for the construction of a new processing facility in Bukit Raja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RM0.73 million<\/strong> for the purchase of machinery and equipment to increase operational efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RM0.39 million<\/strong> for the installation of solar panels to support the Group\u2019s sustainability initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RM1.00 million<\/strong> for the establishment of a biotechnology department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RM0.96 million<\/strong> for working capital requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RM3.90 million<\/strong> for listing expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mr. Teoh Han Boon, Managing Director of Camaroe Berhad, <\/strong>said, \u201cThe launch of our prospectus is a major milestone in Camaroe\u2019s growth journey.
