KUALA LUMPUR, 26 January 2026<\/strong> – MR D.I.Y. Malaysia ushers in the Chinese New Year 2026 festive season with energy, creativity and festive cheer, with its latest music video<\/a> entitled Chotto Matte Kudasai.  <\/em>The launch coincides with the rollout of a nationwide dance challenge, inviting Malaysians to celebrate the Year of the Horse with movement, music and meaningful moments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the heart of the campaign is MR D.I.Y.\u2019s original, upbeat Chinese New Year song, Chotto Matte Kudasai<\/em>, designed to bring people together through a shared festive experience that is light-hearted, inclusive and distinctly MR D.I.Y.<\/p>\n\n\n

From 15 January to 3 March 2026<\/strong>, the Chotto Matte Kudasai<\/em> dance challenge<\/a> invites Malaysians nationwide to get moving and stand a chance to win prizes worth over<\/strong> RM38,888<\/strong>. Participants simply need to create and share their own dance video inspired by the song.<\/p>\n\n\n

To participate, entrants are required to include the song\u2019s signature hand stop gesture in their dance video, creatively incorporate the line Chotto Matte Kudasai<\/em> from the official music video, upload the video to their social media platforms, use the hashtag #ChottoMatteDIY, tag MR D.I.Y. Malaysia’s official social media pages, and submit the entry via https:\/\/www.mrdiy.com\/promotion\/mr-diy-chotto-matte-kudasai-challenge<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
