Group remains focused on expanding its environmental solutions platform and long-term sustainable growth<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

KUALA LUMPUR, 13 MAY 2026<\/strong> \u2013 Tex Cycle Technology (M) Berhad<\/strong><\/a> (\u201cTex Cycle\u201d or the \u201cGroup\u201d), an established waste management and recycling solutions provider, today held its 22nd<\/sup> Annual General Meeting<\/strong> (\u201cAGM\u201d), where shareholders approved all resolutions tabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the AGM, shareholders received the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, together with the Directors\u2019 Report and Auditors\u2019 Report. Shareholders also approved the payment of Directors\u2019 fees and benefits of up to RM350,000, the re-election of Datuk Low Chin Koon and Ms Ho Ai Hoon, and the re-appointment of Messrs HLB Ler Lum Chew PLT as Auditors of the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Group also obtained shareholders\u2019 approval for the renewal of authority to issue and allot shares pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Companies Act 2016, as well as the proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase its own shares of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares.<\/p>\n\n\n
