Accor and Tropicana Corporation Berhad have signed a hotel management agreement for Mercure Living Genting Highlands, an extended-stay hospitality development within the Tropicana WindCity township in Genting Highlands. The property is scheduled to open in 2028 and will feature 1,443 fully furnished suites. It will be integrated into the TwinPines Serviced Suites at Tropicana Grandhill, a wellness-focused precinct within the 596-acre WindCity township.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The integration of the internationally recognised Mercure brand enhances Tropicana WindCity\u2019s positioning as a premier highland destination while offering buyers a turnkey lifestyle solution professionally managed to Accor\u2019s global standards. Scheduled to open in 2028, the development will comprise 1,443 fully furnished suites designed to meet the evolving needs of long-stay guests, leisure travellers and homeowners. <\/p>\n\n\n
