KUALA LUMPUR, 25 July 2026 <\/strong>\u2013 As BLACKMORES Malaysia (“BLACKMORES”) marks 50 years of supporting Malaysians on their health and wellbeing journey, the natural health company is strengthening its commitment to preventive health through its “More Health, More Life” initiative. Bringing this vision to life, BLACKMORES concluded its inaugural Jom!Fit Carnival at One Utama, held from 22 to 26 July in partnership with CARiNG Pharmacy, a retail pharmacy brand under BIG CARING Group, championing preventive bone and joint health amid rising concerns among younger adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the National Health and Morbidity Survey (NHMS) 2023, one in two Malaysians leads a sedentary lifestyle, while one in three is not physically active, contributing to growing concerns around long-term mobility and musculoskeletal health. Responding to these growing concerns, the Jom!Fit Carnival featured the 500 Wellness Laps Challenge as its signature activation throughout the four-day event, encouraging participants to take small but meaningful steps towards healthier everyday habits. The challenge reinforced BLACKMORES’ belief that better long-term health is built through small, consistent actions.<\/p>\n\n\n

Marking the successful completion of the 500 Wellness Laps Challenge, participants who completed the wellness journey received event-exclusive rewards in recognition of their commitment to healthier everyday habits. BLACKMORES also contributed 200 wellness products to participating running clubs in recognition of their role in encouraging more Malaysians to stay active and adopt healthier lifestyles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the event, visitors explored interactive experiences including health screenings, physical challenges, pharmacist consultations and family-friendly activities aimed at making preventive care more approachable and engaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
