SEREMBAN, 11 AUGUST 2026<\/strong> \u2013 BMS Holdings Berhad (\u201cBMS Holdings\u201d or the \u201cGroup\u201d), an established retailer and distributor of tiles, stone surfaces and sanitary wares in Malaysia, today marked another milestone in its nationwide expansion with the groundbreaking of its new Jubin BMS Seremban 2 flagship showroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be developed on land acquired by the Group, the new purpose-built development will span over 37,000 sq ft in total built-up area, comprising showroom spaces, storage and warehousing areas, offices and supporting facilities, and is targeted for completion by December 2027. Upon completion, it is expected to become Jubin BMS\u2019 largest showroom development in Seremban, providing homeowners, interior designers, contractors and property professionals with a significantly larger space to explore the Group\u2019s extensive range of tiles, stone surfaces, bathware and related home finishing products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new showroom is strategically located within Seremban 2, one of Negeri Sembilan\u2019s most established and vibrant townships, and in close proximity to AEON Mall Seremban 2, a major retail and lifestyle destination serving the surrounding population. The location provides Jubin BMS with access to an established residential catchment while positioning the Group to benefit from the continued development of new residential projects within Seremban 2 and its surrounding areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unlike a conventional leased retail outlet, BMS Holdings\u2019 decision to acquire the land and develop a purpose-built showroom reflects the Group\u2019s longer-term commitment to the Seremban market. The larger flagship format will also enable Jubin BMS to create a more comprehensive showroom experience, with greater product variety and dedicated display areas that allow customers to better visualise different materials and design concepts for their homes and projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Seremban 2 continuing to expand through new residential developments alongside its established commercial and lifestyle infrastructure, the Group expects the new flagship showroom to strengthen brand visibility and expand its reach among both existing homeowners and the next generation of residential buyers in Negeri Sembilan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
