McDonald\u2019s Malaysia dedicated this March to appreciate the services of the police force who have carried out their duties with complete dedication, regardless of time and place.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

McDonald\u2019s Malaysia shows their appreciation to the members of the police force nationwide <\/em>throughout the month of March<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

KUALA LUMPUR, 28 March 2022<\/strong> \u2013 In appreciation of the services of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) members who have carried out their law enforcement duties and maintained public safety with complete dedication, McDonald\u2019s Malaysia dedicated this March to honour and celebrate more than 17,000 police officers from police stations in the vicinity of 320 McDonald\u2019s restaurants nationwide. In conjunction with the 215th Police Day celebration, the quick service restaurant served McDonald\u2019s meals at the Kedah Police Contingent Headquarters, Pahang Police Contingent Headquarters and Sabah Police Contingent Headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPolice are among the frontliners of the country who are comitted to promote peace and security at all times. This is one of the ways for us to show appreciation to their commitment and dedication in maintaining the peace of the country and protecting the public,\u201d said Dato\u2019 Azmir Jaafar, Managing Director and Local Operating Partner of McDonald\u2019s Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This initiative is among the efforts by Program Komuniti McDonald\u2019s Malaysia & RMHC to support and give back to the communities that they operate in. Annually, more than 7,000 community programmes are successfully organised under the Program Komuniti McDonald\u2019s & RMHC, which involves McDonald\u2019s restaurants nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n

This iniative is one of the efforts by Program Komuniti McDonald\u2019s Malaysia & RMHC to show appreciation and give back to the communities that they operate in<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

To date, McDonald\u2019s Malaysia has contributed more than 1.5 million food packs to frontliners across the country. In conjunction with Ramadhan Kareem, McDonald\u2019s will also sponsor and donate moreh<\/em> (supper) meals to mosques located near McDonald\u2019s restaurants, along with several other upcoming community outreach programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n
