{"id":3780,"date":"2023-12-08T18:34:00","date_gmt":"2023-12-08T10:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/klhappenings.com\/?p=3780"},"modified":"2023-12-10T18:38:17","modified_gmt":"2023-12-10T10:38:17","slug":"jati-tinggi-ipo-shares-oversubscribed-by-16-11-times","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/klhappenings.com\/?p=3780","title":{"rendered":"JATI TINGGI IPO SHARES OVERSUBSCRIBED BY 16.11 TIMES"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"751\" height=\"626\" src=\"https:\/\/klhappenings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-12-08-at-18.05.23_ce12c950-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3783\" srcset=\"https:\/\/klhappenings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-12-08-at-18.05.23_ce12c950-1.jpg 751w, https:\/\/klhappenings.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2023-12-08-at-18.05.23_ce12c950-1-300x250.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 751px) 100vw, 751px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>KUALA LUMPUR, 8 DECEMBER 2023 \u2013 Jati Tinggi Group Berhad  (&#8220;Jati Tinggi&#8221; or the &#8220;Company&#8221;), one of the players in the field of infrastructure utilities engineering industry, is pleased to announce that the Company\u2019s initial public offering (IPO) for the Malaysian public has been oversubscribed by 16.11 times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jati Tinggi\u2019s IPO involves the issuance of 66,800,000 new ordinary shares in Jati Tinggi (\u201cPublic Issue Shares\u201d) in the following manner: &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>19,600,000 Public Issue Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10,000,000 Public Issue Shares made available for application by the eligible directors, employees, and other persons who have contributed to the success of the Company and its subsidiary (\u201cGroup\u201d) (\u201cEligible Parties\u201d);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>23,200,000 Public Issue Shares made available by way of private placement to selected investors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14,000,000 Public Issue Shares made available by way of private placement to selected Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (formerly known as Ministry of International Trade and Industry) (\u201cMITI\u201d);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>and an offer for sale of 35,000,000 existing ordinary shares in Jati Tinggi (\u201cOffer Shares\u201d) by way of private placement to selected Bumiputera investors approved by MITI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company received a total of 5,195 applications for 335,377,600 Public Issue Shares worth RM90,551,952.00 from the Malaysian public, representing an overall oversubscription rate of 16.11 times. For the Bumiputera portion, 2,879 applications for 145,127,600 Public Issue Shares were received, representing an oversubscription rate of 13.81 times, while for the remaining Malaysian public portion, 2,316 applications for 190,250,000 Public Issue Shares were received, representing an oversubscription rate of 18.41 times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 10,000,000 Public Issue Shares made available for application by the Eligible Parties have been fully subscribed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Datuk Ir.
