The IPO shares will be issued at an IPO price of <strong>RM0.17<\/strong> per share, raising gross proceeds of <strong>RM21.82 million<\/strong> for the Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proceeds from the IPO will be utilised as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>RM11.40 million<\/strong> for the acquisition of land and construction of a new factory to increase production and assembly capacity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RM2.30 million<\/strong> for purchase of machines and purchase of equipment and components for the assembly of demonstration machineries to support operational growth and customer engagement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RM2.00 million<\/strong> for Design &amp; Development (\u201cD&amp;D\u201d) activities to enhance research and development capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RM1.92 million<\/strong> for working capital to support day-to-day operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>RM4.20 million<\/strong> for listing expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mr. Chan Kok Heng, Managing Director of ASM Automation Group Berhad<\/strong>, said, \u201cWe are thrilled to reach this stage in our IPO journey.
