KUALA LUMPUR, 25 September 2025 – Malaysian runners, it’s time to lace up! Registration is now open for the Blue Cap Run 2025 for Prostate Cancer, set to take place on 2 November 2025 at Gamuda Cove, Selangor.
Powered by Yayasan MR D.I.Y., the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of MR D.I.Y. Group, in collaboration with Universiti Malaya (UM), this highly anticipated event invites Malaysians to run in raising awareness of prostate cancer, one of the most common cancers among men in the country. The Blue Cap Run 2025 aims to generate funds for the Urological Cancer Trust Fund, UM where the fund is crucial for both academic and clinical research for prostate cancer patients.
The Blue Cap Run goes beyond a race — it is a landmark initiative that channels support towards research, education, early detection programmes, and community outreach. With thousands of participants donning blue caps, the event will stand as a powerful symbol of unity, advocacy, and hope for prostate cancer survivors.
