Created by AdAsia, the new series brings Sunway’s beloved mascots into a world of music, storytelling, and imaginative adventures

SELANGOR, 22 May 2026 – Gogo & Bebe Wonderland officially launched today, marking a new milestone in the Brand’s expansion into family-focused content and entertainment. Directed and produced by AdAsia, a creative marketing and advertising agency, Gogo & Bebe Wonderland brings Sunway’s iconic mascot characters into their own animated world, reimagined for a new generation through storytelling, original nursery rhymes, and edutainment narratives. Long familiar to Malaysians across Sunway’s townships, theme parks, healthcare facilities, and retail spaces, the characters are now brought to life with distinct personalities, adventures, and stories of their own.

Designed as an edutainment and nursery rhymes series for young audiences, Gogo & Bebe Wonderland combines storytelling, music, and engaging characters to encourage positive values, creativity and everyday learning through fun and accessible content. Blending the joy of children’s animation with themes that inspire imagination and positive values in young audiences, the series will be made available on digital platforms, including YouTube, YouTube Kids and Spotify, making it easily accessible for families across Malaysia and beyond.
The official launch event, held at Sunway Pyramid’s Blue Concourse, featured the premiere screening of the first Gogo & Bebe Wonderland episode, an animation showcase, mascot appearances and interactive activities.

The launch was attended by Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Jeffrey Cheah KBE AO, Founder and Chairman of Sunway Group, Dato’ Hans Isaac, Chairman of National Film Development Corporation Malaysia (FINAS), and Mr Evan Cheah, Deputy President of Sunway Group, Mr Gordon Ling, Head of AdAsia, alongside members of Sunway’s senior leadership team.
Evan Cheah, Deputy President of Sunway Group, said, “For many Malaysians, these mascots have long been part of their memories and experiences growing up with Sunway. Through Gogo & Bebe Wonderland, we are proud to see these familiar characters take on a new life through storytelling, music and animation in a way that feels meaningful and relevant for children today.”

The first season of Gogo & Bebe Wonderland will feature 10 episodes comprising original nursery rhymes and storytelling content centred around themes such as numbers, colours, shapes, kindness and everyday life experiences.

Speaking at the launch, Gordon Ling, Head of AdAsia, said, “Gogo & Bebe Wonderland began with a simple creative idea – to take characters that many Malaysians already recognise and reimagine them in a way that feels fresh, relatable and meaningful for today’s children. From developing each character’s personality and visual identity to composing original nursery rhymes and shaping the storytelling direction of the series, every part of the creative process was carefully crafted to build a world that children can connect with and enjoy. As creators, we wanted to produce something that feels entertaining, emotionally warm and distinctly Malaysian while still having the potential to resonate with audiences beyond Malaysia over time.”

Looking ahead, Gogo & Bebe Wonderland is envisioned as an evolving content franchise, with new nursery rhyme episodes set to launch monthly beginning June 2026, followed by dialogue-driven episodes later in the year. With Season 2 already in development for 2027, the series reflects Sunway and AdAsia’s commitment to creating original Malaysian content with the potential to connect with audiences both locally and beyond.
Extending the world of Gogo & Bebe Wonderland beyond the screen, Sunway introduces an exclusive line of collectable plush toys inspired by its mascot characters, available at Sunway Lagoon Mart outlets, Sunway Multicare Pharmacy, and Sunway Cities. Each character is designed to become a child’s first buddy, brought to life from story into the real world. From plush toys to lifestyle products, the collection transforms storytelling into something children can hold, play with and grow up with.

The Gogo & Bebe Wonderland showcase will run from 23 May to 24 May 2026 at Sunway Pyramid, featuring interactive games, mascot meet-and-greets, lucky draws, family-friendly activities, and exclusive merchandise for visitors.
