Everlink Fertility Centre officially rebranding to GenPrime Everlink Fertility Centre, Strengthening Fertility and Women’s Health Offering in Malaysia

Part of a growing global network, the centre brings together local expertise and connected care across borders

GenPrime Everlink’s team and VIPs gathered in front of the newly rebranded signboard, symbolising the beginning of their new journey.

KUALA LUMPUR, 23 APRIL 2026 – Ever-Link Fertility Centre today officially unveiled its rebrand to GenPrime Everlink, marking its integration into the global GenPrime network and reinforcing its role in Malaysia’s evolving fertility and women’s health landscape.

highlighted the importance of informed decision-making, trust, and compassionate, patient-centric support in reproductive health.

For patients, this transition reflects a more connected approach to care – one that supports individuals not just within a single clinic, but across different stages, timelines, and even locations. Whether navigating fertility alongside career decisions, relocation, or changing life plans, patients may now experience care that remains coordinated across GenPrime clinics in Singapore, Bangkok, Manila, and Los Angeles.

As more individuals and couples balance fertility decisions with real-life considerations such as timing, work, and relocation, the need for care that can adapt alongside these changes continues to grow. This shift is shaping how fertility care is delivered today, moving toward models that prioritise continuity, flexibility, and coordination over time.

The IVF Discovery Corner offered guests an informative look into fertility treatments, providing insights into IVF processes and technologies in a clear and accessible setting.

Established in 2019, the centre has built a strong foundation in fertility care. Now as part of the GenPrime network, it combines this local expertise with broader clinical and scientific capabilities across multiple markets.

At its core, GenPrime Everlink combines advanced reproductive technologies with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and embryologists to deliver personalised treatment. The centre operates in accordance with RTAC-certified standards and is accredited by the Ministry of Health Malaysia, ensuring quality, safety and clinical excellence.

Beyond fertility treatments such as IVF and ICSI, the centre provides a comprehensive range of services including fertility screening, egg freezing, genetic testing and care for conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, and male infertility.

As a full-service IVF centre, key services including consultations, diagnostics, laboratory work, and procedures are carried out within the clinic, reducing the need for multiple appointments across different locations and making the overall experience more convenient for patients.

Guests were guided through the GenPrime Everlink Fertility Centre during exclusive facility tours, offering a closer look at its modern infrastructure, specialised treatment spaces, and patient-centric environment.

“Fertility care today is not just about access to treatment, but about having the right support at each stage of the journey. As more individuals navigate care across different timelines and locations, it becomes increasingly important to provide a model that supports them consistently, wherever they are. This rebrand reflects how we are bringing together Ever-Link’s strong local foundation with GenPrime’s wider network, allowing us to support patients more seamlessly across their journey,” said Margaret Wang, CEO of GenPrime.

“From a clinical perspective, care is shaped by each patient’s individual needs. No two fertility journeys are the same, and treatment decisions are guided by their medical history, profile and goals. With access to shared clinical insights across the network, we are able to take a more considered approach to treatment planning for each individual. Ultimately, our focus is to support patients with clarity and confidence at each step,” said Dr. Mathi Arasu, Medical Director of GenPrime Everlink.

With over 20 years of experience in reproductive medicine, Dr. Arasu has supported individuals and couples across a wide range of fertility journeys and is a National Specialist Register (NSR)-registered fertility specialist, having trained at IVF Australia and the Oxford Fertility Unit.

As part of the GenPrime network, the centre also supports patients who may require care across more than one location, with services such as travel coordination, multilingual support and proximity to major transport hubs and accommodation. This strengthens its ability to serve both local and international patients and aligns with Malaysia’s growing role as a regional hub for healthcare and medical travel.

“In line with Malaysia’s growing position as a trusted destination for healthcare and medical travel, and in support of Malaysia Year of Medical Tourism 2026 (MYMT2026), specialised areas such as fertility and reproductive medicine are becoming increasingly important. GenPrime Everlink reflects this evolution, where clinical expertise is complemented by a more holistic and patient centred approach to care. This aligns with the direction of Malaysia’s healthcare ecosystem, in line with MYMT2026’s emphasis on Healing Meets Hospitality,” said Dr. Sharifa Shahreen Syed Sultan Ahmed, Vice President of Healthcare, Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC).

The official launch was attended by key stakeholders, including YBhg. Datuk Manoharan Periasamy, Chairman of the Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board, highlighting the significance of this milestone within Malaysia’s evolving healthcare landscape.
