With 56 years in the making,CzipLee has proudly remained true to its core values, becoming a cherished stationery store for Malaysia’s creative community. As a brand that listens attentively to customer feedback, CzipLee has just announced the expansion of its Bangsar Village II store, from the initial 4,970 to over 9,500 square feet of retail space.
“We streamlined our resources to create a more convenient and comfortable shopping experience. Hence, the closure of the CzipPlus by CzipLee outlet in Bangsar and CzipLee Southkey in Johor to better serve and consolidate products and services into two lots at Bangsar Village II (BVII),” said Alvin Chen, Executive Director of CzipLee.
“Wow, there’s not one, but two CzipLee’s at Bangsar Village II” – CzipLee Customers
The first CzipLee store at BVII embraced a cosy layout, carrying a warm, classic charm reminiscent of a traditional neighbourhood bookstore and stationery shop. In contrast, the newly expanded side of the store embodies a more playful, artistic character, with bold colours and neon-like retro accents, giving the space a lively and immersive feel.
CzipLee’s BVII expansion captures a distinctly modern aesthetic while complementing the classic charm of the original, creating a space that balances tradition with innovation, appealing to loyal patrons and new visitors of all ages.
“Becoming a multi-generational store attraction has always been our goal, as we understand families prefer the convenience of parking at a mall while handling children. Elderly patrons can also easily access the store with the lifts. As such, we foresee CzipLee to be an attraction that can resonate with multiple generations, from Generation Alphas to Baby Boomers,” Alvin added further.
CzipLee’s brand as a well-established institution in Bangsar extends beyond selling products, prioritising creating experiences that resonate with people’s creative and educational journeys. They conduct their business based on three core values: a strong commitment to quality; a thoughtfully curated selection of products; and a deep focus on community.
2024 also marks CzipLee’s 18th year in Bangsar where the brand has developed a stable customer base and community.
