KUALA LUMPUR, 23 July 2026 – The unveiling of the newly completed KL Midtown Signature Office Towers (“KL Midtown Towers”) could not have been any more prescient. Designed and built to Grade A specifications, the KL Midtown Towers have been conferred the LEED Gold certification with GreenRE Platinum certification to be obtained.
Complete with digital infrastructure readiness and power reliability supported by a dual-feed TNB supply, KL Midtown Towers were conceived and built-out to comply with the MD certification requirements for MD Nexus, which certification is currently underway.

“The market is experiencing a clear flight to quality office space. Discerning office occupiers are no longer just looking for an office to rent but a place befitting their values and convictions. Workplace quality, digitally enabled work environment, saving-the-earth green profile are non-negotiable for many potential suitors. We therefore have every reason to believe that our KL Midtown Towers will enjoy an encouraging take-up by those looking for high-quality, green and digitally certified office space,” said Manfred Weber, Director – Property Management, Hap Seng Land.
The KL Midtown Towers have been designed by the internationally renowned architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the mastermind behind some of the world-class architectural feats, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the One World Trade Centre in New York.

Spanning across 19 floors with a total net leasing area of 453,000 sq ft, the KL Midtown Towers boast a generous 4.2-metre ceiling height and column-free floor plate of about 11,956 sq ft, which allow occupiers the flexibility of creating work stations with unobstructed views of the KL skyline and the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC). Each tower also features a landscaped rooftop terrace, which is the perfect chillout open space for both bird-watching and star-gazing. To top it off, there are some 3,000 over basement car park bays beneath undergirding the KL Midtown Towers.
“KL Midtown Towers offer the white-collar workers, who spend more than 50% of their waking hours at the office, a whole new way to work and live. Beyond offering premium office space, we have created an integrated business destination where architecture, sustainability, accessibility and connectivity to lifestyle options come together to support the evolving needs of modern businesses—today and into the future. Adding to this seamless experience, the Signature Office Towers provide direct access to Level 5 of the upcoming AEON Mall KL Midtown, slated to open in November this year, in addition to a connection to the already opened Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown, further enhancing convenience and connectivity for tenants,” added Weber.
